As of April 1, 2018, there is a nine-tier salary range for nurses in BC: Special Clinical Preparation – an additional incentive of US$50/month is paid to nurses working in hard-to-fill fields (OR/PAR, ER, ICU/CCU). This incentive is estimated proportionally for part-time nurses.
